1. GENERAL PURCHASE TERMS
All purchases made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to issues with stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All fish are sold based on their grade, quality, and availability at the time of selection. Minor variations in color, size, and pattern are natural and do not constitute defects.

2. ORDER PROCESS AND CONFIRMATION
Orders are considered valid only after full payment has been received and confirmed. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled without our approval.

We will provide confirmation and shipping details once the order is processed.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
We accept payments via approved payment methods available on our website.

All payments must be completed in full before any processing, quarantine, or shipment begins.

Any transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or additional charges imposed by payment providers are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. QUARANTINE PROCESS
All fish will undergo a quarantine process prior to shipment to ensure optimal health and condition.

If any fish dies during the quarantine period, it will be automatically replaced with another fish of similar quality and equivalent grade.

We reserve the right to select a replacement fish that closely matches the original order.

5. SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping schedules will be arranged after the quarantine process is completed. We ensure professional packing standards to minimize stress and risk during transit.

However, shipping live fish carries inherent risks, and delivery timelines may vary depending on courier and destination.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
For all international orders:

The buyer is fully responsible for complying with import regulations in their respective country.

The buyer MUST possess valid import permits and any required documentation before placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays, confiscation, or losses caused by customs or regulatory authorities.

Minimum purchase for international shipping is 3 (three) boxes per order.

7. DEAD ON ARRIVAL (DOA) POLICY
We provide a DOA guarantee under the following strict conditions:

• Claims must be reported within 2 (two) hours of package arrival.
• Clear, unedited video evidence of the unopened package and dead fish must be provided.
• Fish must remain in the original packaging during documentation.

Failure to comply with these requirements will void any DOA claim.

Approved DOA claims will be compensated either by replacement or store credit at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. REFUND POLICY (INCLUDING PAYPAL)
All sales are generally final. Refunds are only issued under specific and approved conditions.

For PayPal transactions:

Unauthorized disputes or chargebacks initiated without prior communication will be considered a violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to provide all necessary evidence to PayPal to dispute unjustified claims.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting:

• Transaction fees
• Handling costs
• Any applicable administrative charges

Refunds will not be granted for issues caused by buyer negligence, import restrictions, or courier delays beyond our control.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATION
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third-party shipping services, customs authorities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

All risks are transferred to the buyer once the shipment has been dispatched.

10. AGREEMENT
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
